With a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from De La Salle University-Manila, Rusty cultivated a diverse skill set during his time with the university's Journalism Organization, where he developed talents in photography, graphic design, and project management.

From managing tour operations and addressing customer support concerns to ensuring seamless company operations, he exemplifies the values he shares with the organization. His proficiency in CRM tools and leadership consistently delivers top-notch efficiency and outstanding client experiences.

Therese Silo, born and raised in the Philippines, is an accomplished professional whose passion for learning and understanding human behavior has been the foundation of her career in talent acquisition. A psychology graduate from a local state college in Manila, Therese combines her academic insights with practical expertise to seamlessly connect talent with opportunities. Her experience as a customer representative and Associate Recruiter highlights her exceptional skills in project management and customer satisfaction, consistently exceeding expectations.

DeShaun has held senior executive roles across various industries and has produced high-impact content for global giants such as Sony Pictures, Walmart, the NBA, and the NFL. His deep commitment to social impact was evident when he directed and produced a live series that successfully raised $12 million for a school dedicated to teaching underserved teens. Davis served as Director of Operations for The Performance Academy in Jacksonville Florida. DeShaun has served as CEO, COO and VP of Brand Development for a Technology Firm, Mental Health Gym, and a Digital Agency. His efforts has transformed culture, financial growth and several businesses industry footprint. Davis founded Davisland which has produced 2 nationally televised Talk Shows, 5 documentaries and 1 feature film airing on Amazon Prime and Tubi.
As the co-founder of The Cove Social Club in the historic district of Springfield, Davis is shaping a luxury lifestyle experience, which includes the acclaimed Six + Stones Cigar Lounge. In the fashion world, Davis is the founder of Lovelli®, a streetwear brand born in Los Angeles, California. He launched its flagship showroom in the 10,000 sq. ft. facility at the Galleria Mall in Glendale, California and scaled it to national distribution—pioneering a new era of streetwear luxury rooted in culture and expression.
Throughout his production career, DeShaun has worked alongside iconic figures such as Eddie Murphy, Barack Obama, NBA’s Derrick Rose, and 7-time Emmy Award-winning producer S. Bryan Hickox. His storytelling ability bridges emotion, vision, and impact—whether behind the camera or in front of a room full of leaders.
